How long have you been working as real estate agents?
Our brokers alone have been working in real estate for nearly 30 years. Our prior backgrounds in teaching, publishing, project management, analytics, and negotiation-heavy roles — all of which directly strengthen our performance as a listing agent.
What types of properties do you specialize in?
While our expertise lies in luxury homes, we sell across a range of price points. Our most common transaction is in residential real estate — suburban homes, acreage properties, new construction, and lifestyle communities. We tailor our strategy to fit each property and target buyer. But we also sell farm & ranch, acreage, lots and commercial (we even have an office building in downtown Montgomery that we own and rent out offices).
Are you primarily listing agents, buyer’s agents, or balanced?
We represent both buyers and sellers, but a substantial portion of our business is focused on listings. That balance keeps us closely connected to buyer behavior and market trends.
Will we work directly with you or with a team?
You’ll work directly with us for strategy, communication, and negotiations. We use trusted partners for photography and transaction coordination, but we remain your primary contacts. We have an incredible Transaction Coordinator and assistant in Jamie Sandefer that keeps everyone updated and informed.
